Terms & Conditions
Last reviewed: August 2026.
1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the Ceramoda website. They do not replace any separate written quotation, order acknowledgement, contract or trade terms that may apply to a particular transaction.
2. Website information
We aim to keep information useful and current, but product imagery, colours, finishes, dimensions, availability and specifications may vary or change. Images displayed for inspiration should not be treated as a guaranteed representation of a particular supplied batch or final installed result.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any quotation is subject to its stated scope, validity period, assumptions, availability and any applicable taxes or delivery terms. A contract is formed only in accordance with the terms communicated for the relevant order.
4. Product suitability and specification
Customers and their professional advisers remain responsible for confirming that a selected product, format, finish or fabrication is suitable for the intended location and installation method unless Ceramoda has expressly agreed responsibility in writing.
5. Pricing and VAT
Prices, where provided, will be communicated through a quotation or other sales document. VAT treatment will be applied as required by law and as stated in the relevant commercial documentation.
6. Delivery and fulfilment
Delivery or collection arrangements are agreed for each order. Any estimated timing should be treated according to the terms of the relevant quotation or order confirmation.
7. Intellectual property
Website text, layout, branding and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as lawfully permitted.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the website is provided for general information and enquiry purposes, and Ceramoda Limited is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content where project-specific confirmation should reasonably have been obtained.
9. External links and embedded services
Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
10. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a consumer.
